I had the pleasure to design and implement the interior architecture of a 650 square meters apartment in the Carlton Residences Project in Rawche, Beirut. The high-end luxury apartment consisted of an entrance, two salons, two dining areas, a billiard area with a bar and seating, a fireplace, a family living room, a large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a spa jacuzzi and wardrobe area, three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, and a service area.
I designed the entire space in a minimalist style that aligned with the client’s vision for luxury and functionality. To achieve this, I carefully selected high-end furniture and materials from top Italian brands to meet the required specifications and attention to detail.
One of my favorite aspects of the project was creating customized art pieces for the main entrance area and various rooms throughout the apartment. It took me approximately eight months to complete the project, which had a total cost of around four million dollars.
The apartment boasts a direct view of the Mediterranean, making it truly a luxury project. I am proud to say that the project was turn-key, and my client was thrilled with the outcome.
